On the 21th of February EBU announced that Portugal (RTP) will host the 20th edition. Portugal participated in the Soundvision Song Contest 19 with the song "Domino" written by Jacques Plante & Louis Ferrari.   SOUNDVISION SONG CONTEST 19 PARIS - FRANCE ABOUT THE EDITION The Soundvision Song Contest 19 will be take place in Toulouse in France for first time, after the winning of France on the 18th edition. On the 14th of February EBU announced that France (France 2) will host the 19th edition. France participated in the Soundvision Song Contest 18E with the song "Evidemment" written by Renaud Rebillaud & Vianney Bureau. Performed 10th in the grand final, following Australia and preceding Spain.
