SOUNDVISION SONG CONTEST 31 ROME - ITALY ABOUT THE EDITION The Soundvision Song Contest 31 will be take place in Rome, the capital city of ISrael after the winning of country on the 30th edition. On the 1st of August EBU announced that Rome (RAI) will host the 31st edition.
