  SOUNDVISION SONG CONTEST 06 REYKJAVIC - ICELAND ABOUT THE EDITION The Soundvision Song Contest 06 will be take place in Reykjavík the capital city of Iceland,  after the winning of Iceland on the fifth edition. On 27th October EBU announced that Iceland (RÚV) will host the 6th edition. Iceland  participated in the Soundvision Song Contest 05 with the song "Alive" written by Andri Þór Jónsson & Birgir . P erformed 12th in the grand final, following United States and preceding the Portugal. Following the jury vote, Iceland winning the contest with 102 points.   SOUNDVISION SONG CONTEST 05 PERTH - AUSTRALIA ABOUT THE EDITION The Soundvision Song Contest 05 will be take place in Perth,  after the winning of Australia on the fourth edition. On 19th October EBU announced that Australia (SBS) will host the 5th edition.  Australia participated in the Soundvision Song Contest 04 with the song "Wings" written by Delta Goodrem, Anthony Egizii & David Musumeci . P erformed 13th in the grand final, following Cyprus and preceding the Greece. Following the jury vote, Israel winning the contest with 115 points.
